A few application methods from the old documents!

Waist, neck, back pain

Directly applied the elixir to the painful area 6 to 8 times a day and then they massaged it in well. The pain soothing effect was dramatic!

Foot pain, leg swelling

Applied the elixir to the leg in the morning after bathing and during the day 2-3 times and massaged it in well.

Sore thighs, calves

Sprayed the painful area 6 - 8 times daily and then vigorously massaged it.

Wounds, ulcer

At first gently applied only to the edge of the wounds several times a day. Many times it caused strong stinging feeling therefore, it was diluted with water in 2 to 1. After that larger area of the wound was treated and the wounds were always allowed to ventilate, was not bandaged while using the elixir. They often placed a linen cloth soaked with Elixir on the wound.

Oral problems

For infections in the mouth, toothache, gums abrasion, mucositis, aphthas at first a teaspoon of the elixir was taken into the mouth and rinsed it well, then lubricated the problematic inner mouth or teeth 6 to 8 times a day.

Sore throat

At first they rinsed the mouth with a teaspoon of herbal elixir. They gargled for about 1 minute lowering the Elixir deep into the throat. Then they spat it out. Then they held the next teaspoon of Elixir deep into the throat, gargled for a long time, and then spat out again. Or they lubricated the throat several times a day with a swab dipped into the Elixir.

Herpes on the face, body or mouth

Lubricated the problematic skin with a swab dipped into the Elixir several times a day and then left it to absorb. It had a very fast effect. Within a few hours, the symptoms decreased, and the pain was immediately relieved.

Painful hemorrhoids

Applied the Elixir directly onto the painful hemorrhoids several times a day and then left it to absorb.

And many other use cases can be learned from the booklet which has been described in the past centuries like Erysipelas, Seborrheic dermatitis, Psoriasis, Vasculitis, Severe dyshidrosis, Rheumatic muscle pain, animal and plant bites.

For the above listed skin problems and physical pains Arquebusade Water was used from the beginning of the 1500s, then later from 1790, up until the beginning of the 1900s.
